SDVS30 is an intelligent controller for automatic sorting of objects based on their optical properties. The controller is equipped with two optical fibre sensors, two pneumatic outputs and two DC electrical connectors.

Based on the light luminance differences detected by the fibre optic sensor, the controller detects whether the object under test is correct; if an abnormality is detected, an air valve is opened. A jet of compressed air blows off the abnormal objects to achieve material sorting.

SDVS30 meets most of the requirements for two-stage sorting. Compared to separate sets of sensors, amplifiers and boosters, our controller has a significant price/performance ratio advantage. It can work in conjunction with the SDVC series vibratory feeder controllers to create a complete feeder and sorting solution.
