Automatic carton gluer in various sizes
The unit is designed for folding and gluing the top flaps of cartons. Carton gluer handles a variety of carton sizes, so it is possible to adapt the machine's operation to packs with non-standard dimensions. It is therefore a versatile solution that enables cartons to be folded and sealed efficiently, saving time and money. All that is required is to set the width and height of the cartons, after which the machine can start the packaging process. In addition, carton gluer with top flap closure operates continuously.
Technical information
This carton sealing machine folds the top flaps of the carton and seals them. It also has a function for sealing the bottom of the carton.
Two models of the machine are available:
- Semi-automatic carton sealer with manual adjustment of carton width and height,
- Automatic carton sealer that adjusts itself to the dimensions of the cartons,
- Automatic folding of the carton top flaps,
- Top taping and bottom taping, with the option of switching off each,
- Universal, with a large range of carton dimensions,
- Possibility to adapt machines for non-standard carton dimensions,
- Capacity of up to 20 cartons/min,
- Stainless steel option.
