NOVA 500
The Nova 500 is the ideal solution for packaging a wide variety of products in plastic bags.. The machine unrolls a roll of film and automatically forms a bag to be filled with the product, then seals and cuts it off giving the finished product. The machine perfectly works well in any industry in the packaging of electrical components, plastic parts, all kinds of installation fittings, dowels, screws, seals and much more.

With its enhanced capabilities, it can also serve as a stand-alone dosing lineIt is equipped with vibrating feeders, conveyors, packaging tables or checkweighers. Its undoubted advantage is that it is suitable for use with both polyethylene and polypropylene films. The packaging machine has been fitted with first-class components industrial automation and all components are made by us using CNC machining technology. This ensures high quality workmanship and above-average reliability. Optimisation of the machine's dimensions has resulted in the smallest dimensions among the vertical packaging machines.
The height of the NOVA 500 machine is just 710mm! This offers enormous possibilities for locating the machine, which also fits under the packing table. The modern solutions and functionality of the machine can completely automate and speed up the product packaging process, which will directly translate into savings and efficiency.
