The Prime 400/600 performs cyclic packaging in a specially shaped film to effectively protect the product from external influences.

Background information

Prime 400/600 machine This is the smallest flow pack and also the most attractively priced. Here, the product is fed manually into the film-formed tunnel and the sealing and film-forming system is located at an incline. Thanks to the bottom-up film feed, free-flowing products and those with irregular shapes (vegetables, fruit, bread, etc.) can easily be packed here, without the need for a tray for these products. By placing the cross seal heater on top, temperature-sensitive products such as ice cream and chocolate products can be packed on the Prime 400 without any problems. The film sealing machine can operate in an automatic cycle.
