New Easy 6
A system combining electronics and mechanics
The New Easy 6 is a flowpack that combines the simplicity of electronics with the reliability of mechanics in a single system. The use of electronics allows the operator to set parameters via a touchscreen interface, ensuring quick format changes. The dual-motor mechanical system used on the New Easy 6 increases productivity significantly compared to a single motor.
Background information
The basic version of the machine includes:
- 3 servo motors included in the price, which saves film, thus reducing costs and saving money,
- photocell for printed film
- product counter
- pneumatic film roll fixing
A bottom-up film feed version is possible - a dedicated solution where the product is out of shape. The latest Poly version is also on offer. This is a model dedicated to handling polyolefin film.
