Flow pack for vegetables and fruit
Discovery 3 is a solution used in the food industry. The flow pack enables fast and safe packaging of fruit and vegetables in printed film. During packaging, the machine measures the length of each product, allowing it to be packaged accurately.
Background information
This is a flow pack with guillotine-style cross-sectional weld jaws. This solution is dedicated where it is necessary to measure the length of each product. It enables packaging of fruit and vegetables, cold cuts and various products at the same time.
The basic version of the machine includes:
- 3 servo motors included in the price, which saves film, thus reducing costs and saving money,
- photocell for printed film
- product counter
- pneumatic film roll fixing
- zig-zag cut VVVVVVV
A bottom-up film feed version is possible - a dedicated solution where the product is out of shape. The latest Poly version is also on offer. This is a model dedicated to handling polyolefin film.
