Depalletiser
Depalletiser
Compact robot depalletiser
We present to you a machine that is a fully automated and cost-effective solution for reducing the cost of unpacking products straight from the pallet.
Machine Compact Robot Depalletiser is based on a sturdy frame made of AISI304 stainless steel, and has 5 high-grade servo motors allowing a fully automatic cycle for unloading the pallet of products.
Efficient depalletisation
Depalletisation is a process of automatic unloading of packaging from pallets that can be significantly optimised. In industries where time and precision are crucial, depalletisation has become an essential part of production lines. Depalletisation systems are designed and tailored to the specific needs of the plant, taking into account the type of packaging and the capacity required. Depalletisation carried out by a compact robot saves time and money that the process would normally consume. Such depalletisers are characterised by full automation, which significantly reduces their operating costs. This is why more and more production facilities are choosing to use a modern solution such as the depalletiser. Types supported packages include bottles and cans.
Background information
The presented depalletiser is designed for handling glass bottles and optionally into glass jars or cans.
Operation is trivial, simply place the pallet in the designated area and then remove the film. Depalletisation This is done automatically, so that there is no need for staff to operate the production facility.
The structure of the depalletiser is made of stainless steel AISI304

| Max. pallet height (mm) | 2100 |
How does the depalletisation system work?
The process begins by feeding the empty packages into a buffer tank, which initially sorts them and delivers them to the vision system. A camera analyses the position of the packaging on the conveyor and then the robot places it on the production line. The entire system is designed to make optimal use of the available space and resources.
Unique features of depalletising machines
Depalletisation machines have a number of unique features that make them extremely effective:
- Ability to adapt the size and layout of the system to the specific needs of the plant.
- High process efficiency through the use of advanced technologies such as vision cameras.
- Speed of line changeover, allowing flexible adaptation to changing production needs.
- An intuitive interface that makes it easy to operate the machine.
- Application in various industries
Depalletisation is used in a wide range of industries, especially where fast and precise sorting of packaging is crucial. In the cosmetic, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, where packaging often has non-standard shapes and requires delicate handling, depalletisation is invaluable.
