Packaging line for furniture fittings

A packaging line with four dispenser systems allows small parts to be packaged independently in bags, which are sealed by bagger. A special role in the system is played by the vibrating feeders, which count down a preset number of elements allowing the relevant sets to be complimented. This process is carried out according to the machine's previous settings.

The deducted items are then transported to the kit picking. Here, an additional set-up of the kitting table is introduced, allowing the operator to add additional products to the kits. At the end of the conveyor belt is an LV300 mini vertical machine with a thermal transfer printer. The bagging machine wraps the completed products in foil, which is then sealed.

The correct completion of the kits is supervised by a checkweigher set up at the end of the line, which rejects incorrect bags.

The system is convenient to use thanks to the possibility of setting individual tasks during which we can monitor performance including throughput and batch number.
