New - Automatic depalletiser
Depalletisation is one of the first stages of the flow of a given product in the production process. It is extremely important that this process should take place as quickly and smoothly as possible, so as not to slow down the rest of the production process line. Modern logistics solutions assume full automation of the flow of depalletisation. Unloading empty bottles, jars or cans using depalletising machines speeds up the process, eliminates downtime and errors caused by the human factor, which in turn translates into productivity and significant cost savings. Thanks to the use of modern automation and safety systems, we achieve a high level of safety and ergonomics in the workplace.
Tarpak depalletiser is a complete solution for the unloading process of glass bottles, jars and cans. Our proprietary solution features a fully automatic pallet unloading cycle, simple operation, state-of-the-art safety systems and high efficiency. The machine is made of high-quality components and materials. Production takes place in Poland. The depalletiser consists of a stainless steel frame, which ensures high durability and resistance to cleaning agents. All moving components are based on high-quality bearings for increased durability. Movements of individual components are carried out using fast and precise servo drives. The control of the depalletiser is very intuitive. The machine interface is in Polish. The proprietary software has been written in collaboration with operators to make it as clear and easy to use as possible. The control cabinet has the option of remote access to the machine via the Internet. This enables the machine to be diagnosed quickly.
How does the Automatic depalletiser for bottles and other products work?
Automatic depalletiser bottles performs the process of unloading the product from the pallet after it has been fed into the designated area and the protective film has been removed. When the automatic cycle is activated, the machine detects the number of product layers on the pallet. The machine then clamps a stabilising frame on the first detected layer. Once the layer is stabilised, the arm with suction cups picks up the divider and deposits it in the designated place. The pantograph then grabs the layer with the product and, after releasing the belaying frame, transfers the entire layer to the conveyor belt. The cycle repeats until the pallet is emptied, after which the machine returns to its base position.
The machine is equipped with a gripper for removing spacers between product layers. The arm is programmable and suitable for flanged spacers. The place where the spacers are deposited does not need to be secured separately due to the precise and gentle placement of the spacers.
Depalletised products are deposited on lamellar transporters. Their construction is highly durable. The conveyors are programmed in such a way that during deposition, the buffer space is constantly in motion, which eliminates downtime. The speed of the machine depends on the performance of the subsequent components in the production line.
The advantages of our depalletiser are:
- modern and durable automation and mechanical components
- quiet and efficient operation
- possibility to adapt the machine layout to an existing production line
- small size of the machine
- no interference with the building structure
- high level of security through optical gates and access control
- adaptation of the machine to the specific product and layout on the pallet
- automatic detection of the quantity of product on the pallet
