Controller SDVC311-S is a basic compact, general-purpose vibratory feeder controller for solenoid coil feeders. Using state-of-the-art technology, the controllers are equipped with precise digital frequency and voltage control systems for supplying the vibratory feeder.

Controller operation SDVC311 requires the operator to select the frequency and supply voltage values. The digital LCD display facilitates daily operation and precise parameter selection. Due to the manual adjustment of operating parameters by the operator, in order to achieve maximum feeder efficiency, it is recommended to keep the feeder full at all times.

Compared to the controller SDVC31, series SDVC311 is improved by:

  • The output frequency range is extended from 40.0 Hz ~ 400.0 Hz to 5.0 Hz ~ 400.0 Hz.
  • The maximum on/off delay time has been increased from 20.0 s to 99.9 s.
  • A soft shut-off function has been added, which can be set in the range 0.0 ~ 10.0 s to slowly stop the vibration of the vibrating feeder.
  • A braking function has been added, up to 100 cycles of reverse phase braking current can be set for faster feeder stops.
  • The smart photoelectric sensor port supports a PNP sensor.
  • The switching sensor port when the material is full has been upgraded from to software-settable NPN and PNP with auto-sensing mode.
  • The control output port has been upgraded from an NPN output to three types NPN, PNP and push-pull adjustable.
  • An on/off delay for the control output port has been added, which can be set from 0.0 to 99.9 s.
  • Controlled output modes have been added, delay mode and hold mode can be set.
  • A measurement function has been added that can monitor temperature, bus voltage, output current, remote speed control port voltage, smart photo sensor port voltage, switch sensor port voltage, DC control output port voltage and +24V supply voltage.
