Case packer FPK-500

A carton folding machine is an automatic machine that prepares cartons for packaging. The machine takes the finished flat carton from a magazine, forms it into a cuboid, then closes the bottom flaps of the carton and seals the bottom. The carton leaves the case packer ready to pack the goods. The carton ready for packing is unfolded, upright and has the bottom sealed. The carton machine detects the retrieval of the carton from the machine and automatically prepares the next box for retrieval. The cartoner is universal, can be used for many carton sizes and changeover takes only a few minutes, optionally the cartoner can be equipped with an automatic format changing system. The FPK-50 carton machine is equipped with additional tooling to fold larger carton sizes, but still retains the ability to fold smaller cartons.

The folding machine has a wide range of applications in many industries, especially for packing in master boxes. The case packer can be used to pack foodstuffs, industrial goods, electronic toys, car accessories, building accessories, white goods and more.
